Scout v2.1 Released!

Signal.X is excited to announce the latest release of Scout TDMS Editor to the LabVIEW Tools Network community. Scout continues to be one of the most downloaded software products on the Tools Network, and we have well over 1,000 registered users, and just last quarter we surpassed 10,000 downloads! Thank you to all the users who have given us feedback and helped make Scout what it is today.

For the latest version of Scout, we have worked on a few major features:

• The file slider – Scout has always been able to load in a subset of data to the graph and table to prevent memory overflows, but this was a manual process. In this release, we have made that much easier to use and visualize with a file slider control to easily navigate the file. This was brought over from our DSA sound and vibration analyzer and will make it much easier to work with larger files.
• We now have released both a 64-bit and 32-bit version of Scout. Again, this is designed to help users work with larger datasets and take advantage of new computing power and memory.
• Support for Boolean datatypes, and better support for string datatypes.
• Many other small improvements and bug fixes based on user feedback.
