Recap: Detroit Marathon Relay 2015

Congratulations to the Signal.X team for completing the Detroit Free Press/Talmer Bank Marathon Relay on October 18th! Signal.X placed 63rd out of over 300 participating relay teams. Running is typically thought of as a solitary activity, but make it a relay and teamwork becomes essential. And so it is with the typical office day at Signal.X: We each have our own cubicles, doing our own solitary work, but that doesn’t mean we work in isolation. Collaboration is critical. As in the relay, we do our personal best but moreover thrive as a team. And while parallels between relay running and office work are nice, I’m just thankful we don’t keep our office 31F degrees like downtown Detroit was the morning of the race!
