Measuring Magnetic Flux with Tengam Engineering

Tengam Engineering, Inc. is a new customer for Signal.X. Together we worked to increase the capacity of Tengam’s in-house production test verification. Tengam creates magnets for a variety of industries using an advanced injection molding process. At first we were surprised to learn that magnets could even be created this way! Through working with Tengam from concept to final delivery we have found a new partnership in which both companies can apply their respective strengths.

We found this project most interesting in the way the acquired data was not just analyzed, but immediately presented to the operator to make a data-driven decision on part quality.
